Bait & Switch - Customer service

I called to cancel service after 5 years with Dish due to retirement. The Service Rep transferred me to a Loyalty dept. who offered their 60 channel pkg +locals + 1 yr HBO (4 rooms) for $20.99/mo. I had to also speak with my husband who was out of town, and after one more touch back with Dish, a new Rep (switch) who claimed she was also with the Loyalty dept. tried to tell me it could never have been negotiated for that price as was agreed upon by the first rep. NOW the new rep was telling me $49.00 was the new price. All the notes by the original Rep. & deal was GONE.
