I recently called Dish to get another receiver at first i was very upset because the customer service rep told me that either i renew my two year contract or pay so very high amount after speaking to a supervisor i was transferred to another department and he was able to quote me a better amount for the equipment. Okay so the technician came and hooked up the equipment and everything was fine until i received my bill. Now at first i thought the amount was a little strange $20.97 because my new bill should have been $77.00 but it had so added of this amount and subtracting of that amount so i thought they knew what they were doing so i paid the $20.97. It wasnt until i woke up this morning and discovered that i had no service that i called them. I was told by the rep that i owe the remaining amount of $48.56 the same amount i paid for the equipment so i told her that i didnt understand the bill that it was very confusing and that i wanted to speak to a supervisor the supervisor came on and explained that because the charges occurred one day before the bill was created it subtracted the equipment amount from the current bill so i asked her who fault was that it was not my fault but yet i seem to be the one being punished here for it because my service is disconnected she then processed to give me this whatever attitude and told me that regardless if i want my service to continue i had to pay the $48.56 i really was upset then not only did you screw up the bill you then turned around and disconnected my service and then on top of that i have to deal with disrespectful non caring supervisors who showed no empathy whatsoever for me the customer. I would like for someone to contact men who is interested in rectifying this situation for me because this is horrible service and even more horrible customer service
