This review has been resolved or replied to by this company. We use Dish Month to Month plan. We pay $85 a month for service. If it is late by more than 24 hours they turn off service. We paid our $85 Oct 27th for the month. Now our billing date is the 18th and our service was off for a week. On November 21st our service was shut off. I knew we lost 6 days but was ill, didnt argue. Paid $85 on November 30th for a months service and am getting shut off notice for 48 hours! It's been 17 days! When I called they informed me that it doesn't matter if your service is off or when you pay after the billing date you are billed for those days. I told them I paid for a month of service from Nov 30 to Dec 30 . To which I was told you have to pay for the 11 days your service was OFF. I did not receive any service for those 11 days, why should I need to pay for them? They refuse to pro rate. So now, new bill 17 days in. If your service is off, when you restart your service you should receive the 30 days you are paying for. So now we get paid Friday, but they won't wait and we will be once again missing days we have to pay for service when we are not receiving a service! ,!!,!, This is a total misrepresentation of the month to month plan idea. When we were "regular" customers where you were billed monthly and had grace period, if service was out you were not charged for it, they pro rated that. This is unfair billing practice.
