Dish Network bad customer service communication

I contacted the customer services line on 11-15-2013 and spk with a representative i advised i was unable to make full payment of my bill i made half the payment and was told i have to call back on tuesday 11-19-2013 to set arrangements for the balance, i called back on tuesday and was advised my services were already interrupted, i spk with customer service asked to be trans to a supervisor, i then was speaking with another rep, that states sorry you were given the wrong information, i then asked for a supervisor, she told me she was transferring me and i held for 23 mins and then had to hang up, this was horrible services i hate i switched from direct tv to dish, the communicaiton is not professional and they don't know what they are talking about, they advised me nothing can be done as the services were already shut off, this was so unfair to me as i was trying to avoid this action being taken,, pissed customer
