double charged each month


Dish network double charged me each month and was taking it straight out of my account. I was on the phone with them for hours and would think I straightened it out. They did it four months in a row. I was tired of trying to fix it on a continues basis this mistake was costing me overdraft charges and then when I was willing to pay to get out from their contract they took out of my account again double the charges. Took my whole pay check. they would not fix it but at last I am out from under their thumb. I've done a lot of crying over a nightmare experience. never ever again

My mother is 83 years old with very limited income and Dish had double billed her and will not refund the money back to her account. They should be ashamed of there practices. I am going to look at moving her to a different provider but going to contact BBB and all other gov agencies I can contact concerning their practices.

I am going through the same thing now. It's like pulling teeth to get your money back I have called everyday this week.
