Scam - Customer service/Installation

Service, poor, channel selection, poor,
billing, extremely poor!
Compared to competition you get very very low marks. I never heard of billing a month in advance, what makes it more absurd is if you don't pay a month in advance you get charged a late fee!!!! For services you haven't received! Thats insanity!!!!
Over all our time spent with this company was totally frustrating and the only person that I would recommend this network to is my worst enemy.
Right now I'm going to every site every agency every person I can and sharing The dish nightmare.

I apologize about the confusion on the billing cycle. We do bill in advance but the due date is approximately 7 days into the service. We do not charge you a late fee until 10 days after the bill is due, which means you have started already using the services. A late fee is accessed based on the bill due date not the use date. We have 99% of the same channels as other TV providers, however we are the lowest all digital TV provider. With other companies they offer a temporary discount to try and match our prices. The contract you have to sign is twice as long if not more than their discount. I can assure you when you compare us you will be extremely happy to see that with us you are getting the same channels for a better price.
