I am very disappointed with the customer service provided by Dish Network .

I have been without service for seven (7) days. Dish chose to mail the DVR receiver in lieu of sending a Technician to the house to replace it.
I requested they send a Tech to install the replacement. Now that I have received the new DVR box, I still have to wait another day for installation. How crazy is that? Also, during the time I was on the phone with the phone tech, for at least 30 min., not once did he suggest I use dishonline.com for TV viewing. Now tell me why did I just find out about this today! POOR, POOR, POOR customer service from Dishnetwork.
I will find a new carrier quick & in a hurry!
