Loyalty Department only loyal to NEW customers - DISH NETWORK


my wife and I have been Dish Network customers for 10 years. Recently we saw all these new free things the dish was giving to new customers. We called to see if they could offer this to their loyal customers who been with them for 10 years. they attempted but still was 20 dollars more then what they're giving to the new customers.dish networks loyalty department would rather lose a loyal customer then give them the same deal they're giving to new customers. so much for number 1 in customer service! they actually told us to go to another company for 2 years and then come back to DISH and we can get all the deals!!!

We have just joined the Dish group and we told them we had four things we wanted on our tv. First was Fox News, Nascar, NHRA and Football. A short time later we added the Out Door Channel for our son. Within two months, Fox News has been dropped. I have called in several times to find out when Fox News would be returning. I have checked the internet and they there is no negotiating between Dish and Fox at this time. Again, I called the Specialty Department and they say they are. I feel our contract was broken because it was the first item I requested when starting with Dish BUT was informed that Dish has a comment in the contract that they reserve the right to change the channels requested and I would have to pay over $400.00 to break our contract. Now....I am expected to pay monthly for two TV's but I am not allowed to watch the program I asked for initially. I have 21 months that I have to keep this and I am very unhappy and will not tell anyone that Dish to good for keeping their word. The internet and workers are great. They don't tell who I can watch or look up. I have no way to get truthful news because you will not either let me leave this company without paying through the nose or get me Fox News. I can not express my dissatisfaction enough or with words. I am so upset with your company. Donna Lunn
