Loyalty Department only loyal to NEW customers - DISH NETWORK

my wife and I have been Dish Network customers for 10 years. Recently we saw all these new free things the dish was giving to new customers. We called to see if they could offer this to their loyal customers who been with them for 10 years. they attempted but still was 20 dollars more then what they're giving to the new networks loyalty department would rather lose a loyal customer then give them the same deal they're giving to new customers. so much for number 1 in customer service! they actually told us to go to another company for 2 years and then come back to DISH and we can get all the deals!!!
