Anyone looking at Dish, run! I was talked into signing up this May because of the lower price versus Comcast. In five months we went through three service calls, numerous receivers that didn't work, paid over $50 for internet that never worked longer than 5 minutes at a time, and had constant billing issues. In September we moved and I just took the $350 cancellation fee (#1 REASON I will NEVER do business with them again - RIDICULOUS!) and another fee for boxes to be shipped. Now, in December, I'm still being billed for services I'm not getting (called today and got the usual "blah blah I'll pass it on to billing"), it took them five weeks to get my shipping boxes to the right address all while threatening me over stolen DVRs that I "purposely not returning." From the time I cancelled service, they've gotten over $500 from me and billed me for another $300 for November and December usage at an address I no longer live at!!! I have never seen anyone with such bad customer service. No one knows what they are doing at that company. One rep. says something and another contradicts it. If they try to make me pay for service after paying a contract fee, I'm going to a lawyer. I'll make sure every person I know is told about this company so they don't even contemplate using their services. Horrible.

I truly apologize for the trouble in getting this taken care of. I can definitely provide more information for you.

If you were charged for the urneturned equipment, as soon as you get the equipment back in to us we can credit that off. I can definitely look into why you are continuing to receive bills for services after you canceled, along with look into the agents you spoke with and pass the feedback forward.
