    I called dish network about getting there service again i had it for years and loved it. The guy came out and did his job and done a great job. He done what was on his orders to do. I was confused because he didnt hook up my internet to mydish so i could set up dish every where on my phoe or i pad. He explained it wasnt on my order so i call the dish network and talked to a guy then to a super visior and was told i would haveto buy a sling for 49.99 to be able to get myservices on my phone.     I contacted the customer services line on 11-15-2013 and spk with a representative i advised i was unable to make full payment of my bill i made half the payment and was told i have to call back on tuesday 11-19-2013 to set arrangements for the balance, i called back on tuesday and was advised my services were already interrupted, i spk with customer service asked to be trans to a supervisor, i then was speaking with another rep, that states sorry you were given the wrong information, i then asked for a supervisor, she told me she was transferring me and i held for 23 mins and then had to...     I e-mailed dish told them my remote control was worn, and I needed a new one. They said send 15.00 for the remote, and 15.00 shipping. I tought about it, and e-mailed back and asked them what was the 7.00 pe month added to my bill for equipment protection, I don't remember asking for this protection, but now I need equip. protection does it mean replacement?     If you have a problem don't call the the main Dish Network number you will not like the experience. So to save time and frustration just call their Resultion Reps located in Colorado. 303-942-8605 these folks are professionals and have good communication rapport. I have called them twice and each time I was satisfied with my call. My perception is that the Main #s you could be talking to someone at thier home so they just act up, whose gonna check up on them, No one because the boss don't live here. More...

  • Outsourced rude customer representative



    RUDE customer service representative keep on calling every day 6 PM. But today he crossed his boundary. He was so rude, I told him to stop calling, then he said "if I don't call, then how we take care of u". Then I told him "if I need help I will call" then that retarded said I will cancel ur service. And started taking in Hindi. Retarded couldn't argue in English. I told him u vacant talk to customer like this. But what to expect from the retarded person. I am canceling my service.
