I HATE DISH!!!! They are the worse cable company ever!!! I can't even buy a movie without calling them!! This sucks now I can't even cancel.! And I've had more than 4 problems with them and it's only been a WEEK!!! Dum cable I swear!

Worst company ever!! I've been to mcdonalds w better customer service. Funny you guys have all the polite employees working the sales department and then all your other employees are trained to say sorry I don't give a fuck your stuck after you sign a contract. Sorry you don't get to watch tv that your paying for. We don't care, we got you in a contract!! I should sue you guys for the months of anguish you put me threw, but just not having to call your shitty customer service is justice enough for me!!!! I have had mental breakdowns over simple phone calls to your company!!!

In Youngstown Ohio on Wednesday while checking for free preview channels on channel 103 I heard the most FANTASTIC jazz music playing in the background. PLEASE, PLEASE,PLEASE help me by letting met know the artist and the song title. I really would like to acquire for my personal collection. This music is looped and unsure when it will change, although I would love to purchase the CD. I am hoping the info can be forwarded to Jamo55@att.net

I am writing to complain about the removal of a Dish from roof of my home which left holes in the roof and has caused water damages to my ceiling. In July 2009 I opted to switch from Dish Network to another vender for one of those All-in-One package. Dish Network never called to schedule the removal of the dish from my roof and I never notice that it has been removed. A couple of weeks before the Christmas holidays I notice a water stained ceiling and called the roofing company who had replaced my roof in February 2009 to come out and check his work. The owner of the roofing company reported that the dish had been removed but that the technician had not filled the holds left from the removal of the dish properly, therefore water was coming into the house. I contacted Dish Network and was referred to a regional manager, he referred the issue to a field service manager who came out to my home, looked in the attic and made a decision that stated he could not determine that Dish Network was at fault. First they implied that maybe someone may have stolen the dish from my two story home, them they claim that they could not find a record that any one from their company came out to remove the dish. I have tried to settle this complaint and have spoken with eight employees with Dish Network without any satisfaction. I have pictures the roofer taken by the roofer, because the Field Service Manager from Dish Network failed to get on the roof of my two-story home to make an evaluation, I will now refer this matter to my attorney for completion. Dish Network has ruined my property, and do not want to own up to their negligence. They have destroyed my house and yes they enjoy take advantage of people like me and any one else on social security.

Dish Network is the pits..they lie to you.
I was a direct customer for 11 years and decided to try Dish because of the pricing.Well this was a big mistake..I didnt get any locals after being told i would.Then in July of this year,2010 ,i called customer service to get another receiver added and was told if I upgraded to HD I would recieve my locals. I have 3 network channels and no ABC .I spoke to a dish rep yesterday and the response was we dont offer an ABC station in your area.I dont know my legal rights yet to terminate my contract with Dish but I am going back to Direct as soon as I can get the contract broken.I cant believe a major comapny can lie to us and no one holds the accountable

Something about DISH network..THEY SUCK!!! first of all I have no one to blame but myself for making this mistake twice. I move in to my house 7yrs ago and it was a new house so my only option was satellite. I decided to go with DISH network, not researching about the company. Sure enough I get screwed. First i couldnt get any of the local channels, of course i had to upgrade my satellite dish. Second, i didnt have my local sport channels even with espn i had to get a different package. Third, the customer services was horrible, i mean they lie to you or they choose to not relate the information to you. So, i was stuck with them for good 2yrs cause i had the contract. Once the contracted ended I went with directv, which btw I was happy with their service for 4yrs. Then this economy hit me, i had to make some adjustment on my finance. I went ahead and decided to put my phone,internet,cable bill all in one to save money. So, i decided to go with ATT all in one package which included DISH network. i just noticed i wasnt saving any money. Now, I'm stuck with DISH network for 2yrs and I'm disappointed with their services again. DISH network is expensive and they dont have all the channels like directv or comcast. I dont believe they should call themselve leading service in dvr and HD. Now i just have to wait another 2yrs to get away from DISH network for good.
