Dish Network does not keep their word !!!

When we signed up with Dish I ask and was told there would be no fee to sign up. After the tech installed our dish, about a week we had a 49.99 charge on our bank acct. when I called was told they would need to listen to call and see if I was told about charge, they called me back and said she did not tell me so was going to refund my monies. That was a lie, I have fought with them for over two weeks and have still not been refunded,,, this is very bad business... practice. you would not believe the run around I was given totally unfair service..
