Dish Network Complaint

Damage to Property by Dish tech
I filed a complaint on 1/30/15 about damage that was done to the siding on the apartment I rent. I was told that someone would call me back in 2 business days. I have called numerous times and have been told that someone from the local office will call me and come out to look at the damage. It is now 3/18/15 and I have yet to receive one call.
